it seems that Auldey, Aoda and other bootlegging company haven't been mention much lately, and most probably thought they haven't been making anything new?
but those who follow will know they're still making yoyos, Auldey for one, is still working on the Blazing Teens 4 products.
I'll break down in brands since there's quite a few new yoyos that i would like to share. there's alot in fact, but I'll just pick a few to share, those that i think are worth mentioning, most of others are pretty normal ones, so here goes...
here are one Auldey yoyo from the Blazing Teens 4 series, the Star Fox. remember Takuto talking about the real L4 that have the same wall system like Avant Garde? this one is very similar to that, just click on the link to visit the post about the real L4.
now some Aodas.
the shape reminds me of a yoyo from RecRev. but whats interesting is the black color thing, there's no picture of how its being attached to the yoyo rims, i guess its got to be screwed to it.
Here's the Dream II, i don't see any Dream I though. I would say, its a plastic Kamui. I would definitely want to try this.
I'll compare it to a Duncan Freehand. somewhere between the Zero and 2s
i think this would be pretty nice, the shape seems okay, but a wee bit too narrow for my liking, but the rim seems to be metal, i think it'll be nice to play, along with the Duncan Freehand-ish caps. These are market as 5A yoyos too.
and here's some from 91yoyo, which I think refers to the forum itself.
Alright, this one definitely reminds me of a YYR Sleipnir, with Z-stacks.
yes. I don't know what else it'll remind you of, if not a YYR.
so, I'm guessing most people will say its similar to YYR's Clashcube, or some other wide yoyos, maybe YYF Monster/SUPERwide, etc. But, it reminds me of a non wide yoyo. Then the shape would probably reminds most players of Protostar, ROCKstar, or any similar to that form of shape, but, it on first look, it reminds me of the YYF 401K, but being pull wider. I like the rim design, I'm not sure if it serve any purpose in weight ditribution or whatsoever, but it caught my attention, its something I would like to have in my collection.
Here's one more from QiXia.
I'm not sure about you guys, but this one reminds me of the Blazing Teens 3 Luminous, plastic version. look from the profile pic. but stackless though, i think thats a metal weight ring installed, propably not gonna play bad, seems like a fun yoyo. And I think the hub either glows in the dark or it lights up.
From the look of it all, I personally feel that most of them are gonna play pretty well, look at the spacers and stuff, its all improving from what they used to be. lets not talk about the bearing, they're probably still not stainless. but you can always install your own stainless steel bearing! and i really wouldn't say these are bootlegs, maybe an exception for the Dream II, the rest are pretty normal like most yoyos that have similar shapes.
