so yea, Jason Cheow broke it.
I mentioned that I won't be making a promo video for the PSG, instead, I'll be making a video of it being abused. unfortunately I didn't expect it to be at this moment, I didn't have my camcorder ready.
so let me remind you that the Adegle PSG is designed to be an entry level yoyo, and tough enough to withstand any normal level of abuse under normal yoyo play.
but what we do here is not normal yoyo play. if you gonna do what we do to your yoyo, do it at your own risk.
last Saturday, I have some players playing 5A with this Cyan PSG, now we're talking about the Cyan PSG because its the one meant for abusive play, so yea, 5A, some drops, it was fine.
some players felt some vibe, I'm telling you now, the vibe comes from the silicone I applied to bond the caps to the halves, I tried without the silicone and it didn't vibe, but we can't really play with it without applying silicone or glue or whatsoever, the caps will fly off. so here I am, talking about what causes the vibe, if anyone feels I'm defending the PSG, I wouldn't have post the broken picture first thing right after we broke it.

so after 5A, I had Sean Hung play 4A with it, drops, and intentional hard bounce to the carpeted floor, switch back to 1A, still playable, a little vibe, caps flew off due to silicone loosen, WHICH after I went home and try without siliconing the caps first, no vibes. believe or not, readers, its up to you.
and then, last night, some players were doing the usual stuff that LinKai was doing, throwing the yoyo around the ground and stuff, still playable, that was after I use silicone to bond the caps back to the halves. and then again, Jason Cheow, one of our upcoming talented local player, wants to try out how durable the PSG was, he grab it by the end of the string, the loop part, hold the PSG, give it a hard swing to the carpeted floor and slam it. bam. there. it breaks.
I was told by LinKai, we're the first to break the PSG.
more photos.
however, I did take footage of Sean abusing the PSG, will probably post it when I have the time to export it. And Thanks Lin-Kai for agreeing to send me more than one sample, and let me literally abuse the yoyo to test its tolerance.
