Duncan Screaming Eagles HZH


came across this at YoYoSkills!
its the Screaming Eagle line, definitely a metal? it could be a delrin like the FreeBird, but then, most likely a metal. HZH, what could it be? Hugo Z Hor?
with some tuning?
