The anodized CUT yoyos have recently been shipped from Switzerland. While we are most confident that this yoyo will rank #1 in performance with any hspin-supporter, we need to point out a possible visual flaw and what we will do about it.
What happened:
We tried to get to even better smootheness in the anodizing and I think we were successful. At the same time, we asked for a custom color, "sky blue". The anodizer seems to have been challenged to achieve both, and it is possible that a few tiny white dots can be observed on some of the yoyo halves. We tried to sort out the ones that were obvious, but probably missed a few. This is only the case on the sky blue CUT. This is not the case on the Swiss Cut or the Vyolence.
The tiny dots have zero impact on performance. The finish is supreme. But we know there are a few collectors out there, that mind such details (and they are entitled to expect flawlessness from us).
What we offer:
Whether you bought the yoyo through us or through a retailer, we will buy the yoyo back from you at retail price and refund all your shipping cost as well. Please raise any issue immediatly with us. This offer is valid until June 20 (date of your email).
We will produce more anodized CUTs and we are open for suggestions for motives of limited editions. So this was not your last chance to get one.
