These are comparison photos between the Metal Milk and the whole Milk.

the Metal Milk will be using the smaller size SPR, the one used in Milk2%. it seems to me it'll come stock with large bearing? but i'm not quite sure. but small bearing, hspin size bearing will be available for sale as well when the time comes.
